Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. .

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, and your shipping address. You can view the shipping rates during the checkout process before placing your order.
Delivery time: Delivery times may differ depending on your location. Typically, standard shipping within The Netherlands takes 1 working day, while delivery to other countries may range from 2 to 5 working days.
International shipping: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Austria, Denmark, new countries coming soon.
Tracking information: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information so that you can track your package in real-time.
Shipping errors: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
